How the track record works

Updated 2026-10-29

Most signal services show screenshots of their wins. The track record shows every signal, logged by the server the moment it appeared, with the outcome worked out automatically from exchange candles.

The method

  • Logged at once. When a coin joins the Signals list, its price at that moment, the time and its RSI values are saved. Nobody can add, edit or remove a signal afterwards.
  • Hit: price reached +1% within 48 hours. Counted as +1% minus fees.
  • Missed: it didn't. Counted at the price 48 hours later, minus fees, so a fall counts in full.
  • Fees: 0.1% to buy and 0.1% to sell, a typical spot exchange fee. A hit is therefore +0.8%.
  • Only moves after the signal count. Candles that opened before the signal are ignored, so a spike just before it can't count as a hit.
  • One signal per move. A coin that drops off the list and comes back during the same green run of the Smoothed Heiken Ashi is the same move, so it isn't counted twice.

Outcomes are checked every 10 minutes on 5-minute candles (1-hour candles for older signals). A signal whose coin has no price data for its 48 hours (for example, delisted) is shown as "no price data" and left out of the numbers.

Reading the numbers

  • Reached +1% within 48h: the hit rate of judged signals.
  • Average per signal, after fees: the honest number. A high hit rate can still lose money if the misses are big.
  • $100 on every signal would have made: the sum of every judged result on $100 each.
  • Average dip before the result: how far price typically fell before the outcome, which tells you how much room a stop-loss needs.

Compared with the past

The page also shows the same rules replayed on the last ~100 days of the top 40 coins, using only candles that had closed at each moment. If live results and the replay differ a lot, treat both with care.

Past results don't promise future ones.
